Great location near the beach and busy street. Responsive staff. Large room with comfortable king bed. Amenities include microwave and mini-fridge, as well as a TV with cable channels. Nice grounds with a swimming pool. Regular cleaning and linen changes.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, right on 5th Avenue, making it convenient to access all the attractions and amenities of Playa del Carmen. It is within walking distance to the beach, shopping area, and ADO bus station. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with amenities like a small refrigerator, microwave, and flat-screen TV. The hotel also provides a free breakfast in a nearby restaurant, offering a variety of options to start the day. The views from the rooms are great, with some even offering a partial view of the beach.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, including a moldy smell in the bathroom and the presence of roaches. Some guests also experienced problems with the AC, and the staff was not responsive in resolving the issue.

I had a great stay at this hotel, with several positive aspects worth mentioning. the value for money was excellent, as the prices were reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The staff was attentive and professional, ensuring that all my needs were met. Moreover, the location, being close to the beach and downtown area, was perfect for exploring the city. Lastly, having a fully equipped kitchen in the room was a convenient feature, allowing me to prepare meals whenever I wanted.

The location of Vista Caribe Diving Resort was perfect, just a block away from the beach and centrally located to everything we wanted to visit in Playa del Carmen. The free breakfast provided was delicious and more than enough to start our day. The hotel staff, although a bit shy, were helpful whenever we asked for assistance. The pool, although we didn't have a chance to use it, looked clean and inviting. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The convenience of being close to the ADO bus terminal was a major plus.

While the room was comfortable, it did have a dated feel to it with furniture that showed its age. Additionally, the pool was only half full during our time there.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the beach just across the road and the bustling 5th Avenue right by the hotel. The hotel facilities were great, including a pool and free access to a tennis table. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean, with air conditioning and good WiFi access. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the opportunity to get a diver's certificate and the very good breakfast provided.
